Beth Hillel Congregation Bnai Emunah (everyone calls us "BHCBE") is a vibrant, warm synagogue located in the heart of Chicago's North Shore. BHCBE is committed to egalitarian practices and halacha observance.
BHCBE is the result of a combination of the former Beth Hillel Congregation of Wilmette and Congregation Bnai Emunah of Skokie in June 2004.
We are celebrating our 50th Anniversary in 2008; be on the lookout for information on events and activities in the Congregation and the community.
BHCBE is affiliated with the Conservative Movement and is a member of the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (USCJ). If you have any questions about Conservative Judaism, please make an appointment with one of our spiritual leaders by calling the office at 847.256.1213 or emailing our office.
We are full-service synagogue with daily Minyanim, weekly Shabbat services, including three levels of age-appropriate children's services, a host of affiliate groups, adult education, a Hebrew Academy, and many other programs and events throughout the year.
We are conveniently located near Glenview Road and the Edens Expressway (I-94). View us on Google Maps.
